After many business dealings I am sad to say not everybody shares our code of ethics, but very pleased to say that Synergy Automotive does.
After being very happy with your quotation and asking you to proceed in the purchase of our new commercial vehicle you issued us with a delivery date with which we were very pleased.
Sadly due to recent flooding events this date was put back and a new delivery date was issued. A few days before the new van was due to arrive our old one broke down and was due to be out of action for a few weeks.
This did not seem like a problem as we had our new van due in a few days so we hired a van for this short period, the day the new van was due to arrive you contacted me and passed on the information that the the manufacturer had let us down and it was going to be a further 3-4 days. As we were hiring a van at the time the extra costs associated with this news were a bitter pill to swallow.
So 4 days later when your driver delivered our new van fitted with the seat covers we had enquired about at no extra charge and holding a cheque for the extra hire charges we had incurred it is obvious to say we were over the moon.
My new van is fantastic and I believe hand on heart you have gone above and beyond the levels of service most companies would offer.
