1. Basic Information

We will need some basic information from you to get started:

  • The type or make of car required, any specific requirements and whether it is for personal or business use
  • The number of miles driven each year
  • Your monthly budget or car allowance
  • An idea of your initial payment amount equivalent to three, six or nine monthly payments or a specific figure

2. We Find the Best Deal

Our team will find you the best deal through our network of finance providers and relationships with car manufacturers and fleet supply partners, supported by our Best Price Guarantee.

3. Maintenance

Consider opting for a maintenance plan to cover servicing, mechanical repairs and tyres, with payments spread monthly over the term of the lease for easy budgeting and no surprises.


4. Accept our Offer

Once you are happy with your vehicle choice, and you have paid any applicable sourcing charges and deposits, you will need to accept our offer in writing and return signed documentation, including:

  • The quote order form

  • Any proposal information to support the credit application

  • For private individuals we are required to establish affordability in the form of a simple income and expenditure document which is completed by us with you.

5. Financial Acceptance

We will gain financial acceptance with our network of finance providers and place the order with the manufacturer or supplier, or alternatively order the stock vehicle.

6. Regular Contact

Our Client Services Team will keep in regular contact with you on the progress of your order.


7. Arrange Delivery

Near to the delivery date, our Client Services Team will arrange free UK mainland delivery of your vehicle to an address of your choice, at a date and time to suit you. We will provide you with the registration number in advance so that you can organise your insurance in time for delivery.

8. Delivery

All Synergy Automotive vehicles are delivered and taxed, and the delivery driver will explain the key controls to you.

9. Follow up call

You will receive a follow up call from either your Account Manager or a member of our Client Services Team to confirm you are completely satisfied with your vehicle and with your delivery experience.

10. New ContRact

Our team will be in regular contact with you throughout the agreement, and will work with you to offer great options to renew your contract at the end of the leasing term.
