 Vehicle Leasing - EXPERIENCED & TRAINEE Sales Account Managers

Sales Account Manager must have automotive industry sales experience and/or experience of selling vehicle finance products.  Trainee Sales Account Managers do not require any previous industry experience, previous sales experience is an advantage. 

You will be based at our Head Office in Harrogate, and, as a national company, primary customer contact is by phone and email.  Initially, your business will come from new clients via inbound telephone and web/email enquiries.  This will change over time to include renewals, referrals and new business as your client base develops.

You will be a friendly, outgoing and professional communicator with an eye for detail, a confident telephone manner, excellent listening skills, and a can-do approach.

Responsibilities include:

  • Achievement of sales and profit targets by:
  • Taking a consultative approach to understand, listen and qualify our clients’ needs
  • Working with multiple finance systems and providers
  • Liaising with our finance partners, suppliers and other third parties to ensure the best deal for our individual clients needs
  • Managing customers in-life, communicating clearly as required
  • Working closely with the wider Account Management Team and Client Services Team

 Skills required:

  • Thorough understanding of vehicle finance products and services
  • Professional telephone manner – a significant amount of time will be spent on the telephone speaking to our clients.  You will be confident with a friendly approach
  • Willing to learn and be committed to the success of the team
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast moving environment
  • Excellent Organisational Skills
